• Please do not bring children or multiple guests to your appointment. For safety reasons, please only bring children if they have an appointment. Our studio is small, with a tiny waiting area. The salon is not child-proof as we have hot wax at all times as well as sharp objects. We also don’t have things around to entertain kids. It is very difficult for us to entertain an audience while trying to focus on doing our best with your hair.
• Please let us know if you are going to be 15 mins late (or more) to your appointment, as we may need to reschedule or decrease the services we scheduled for you. We have to keep to our schedules and someone might have an appointment immediately following yours. Running into someone else’s appointment time is not fair to them.
• No-shows to appointments will most likely never be rescheduled. We have no tolerance for people not showing up to an appoitment without calling to cancel or reschedule. We don’t get paid if you don’t show up. Last minute cancellations or no-shows are subject to a fee.
• We appreciate a 48 hour notice of cancellation. Please let us know 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel. We understand things happen unexpectedly but we cannot fill the empty spot suddenly created in our schedules without a little notice so please be respectful of our time. Any appointment cancelled in under 48 hours is subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the services you were scheduled for. Cancellations with notifications of 24 hours or under are subject to a charge of 100% of services scheduled.
* We do not accept walk-in appointments so please call, text or email to set up an appointment. For our safety, we only accept new male clients by referral.
